In 2022, the meeting focused on the science, evidence, and analysis that informs preventive medicine practice. As new data capture tools have become available and previously overlooked areas of inquiry are recognized, our understanding of preventive medicine interventions and their potential impact grows and drives our profession into the future. Featuring plenary session on COVID-19’s Impact on Clinical Preventive Services, Gun Violence Prevention, Communications for Evidence-Based Impact, Business and Medicine and The Impact of Cannabis on Public Health, Preventive Medicine 2022 looked into the evidence that informs how prevention is practiced today.
