Welcome to ACPM’s Standardized Acceptance Process (SAP) program.

Welcome to ACPM’s Standardized Acceptance Process (SAP) program. Established in 2016 SAP is a voluntary program administered by ACPM for General Preventive Medicine/Public Health (GPM/PH) residency programs. This process establishes a uniform method of offering residency positions to candidates. It applies to categorical GPM/PH positions beginning in and around July. Policies governing the process were developed by a task force of ACPM members comprised of program directors and residents, with significant input from the larger program director community.

Please note SAP this is NOT a residency application service, nor is it connected to the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). If a candidate is interested in applying to a residency program, he/she is encouraged to contact the program directly.

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT CONNECTED TO Electronic Residency Application Service.
