Physicians who have served at the full MEMBER level for at least three years, are in good standing for the three years prior to applying for Fellowship, and have actively served in the specialty and ACPM, will be considered for Fellowship (FACPM). Fellows may vote and are eligible to hold office in the College. The fee includes a subscription to the American Journal of Preventive Medicine (AJPM).
