Otsuka Fellowship
Otsuka logo

ACPM has partnered with Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Otsuka) to place early and mid-career preventive medicine physicians in rewarding clinical safety and pharmacovigilance positions.

Working with Otsuka, physicians use their skills to support research, development, adoption, and utilization of pharmaceutical and device products worldwide. Participants gain exposure to and develop a broad expertise in global product safety. This 2-year fellowship is based at Otsuka's American headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey.

Otsuka's U.S. companies are striving to disrupt the typical pharmaceutical development paradigm by encouraging debate, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovation of the entire development process in order to create compounds that best serve patients' needs. Otsuka also collaborates with other companies inside and outside of the pharmaceutical industry to share ideas and skills to solve healthcare complexities even faster.
