Accreditation Statement

The American College of Preventive Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the ACCME.

CME Information

ACPM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ACPM designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.0 Category 1 credits toward the American Medical Association (AMA) Physician's Recognition Award (PRA)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME/MOC Credit Requests

To request CME & MOC credit for the IMP Grantee Meeting, please complete the following THREE steps.

  1. Attend the IMP Grantee Meeting.
  2. If requesting MOC credit, complete the quiz by clicking here. If requesting only CME credit, skip to step three.
  3. Complete CME/MOC request form by clicking here.

Members please note, in order for ACPM to maintain a record of your CME/MOC credits you will need to log-in to the ACPM membership database prior to requesting credit. If you can’t remember your log-in information, please click here.

Once you have completed all of the steps, your CME certificate will be e-mailed to you. Please allow four weeks for processing. Your MOC credits will be reported directly to the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Please allow 4-6 weeks for these to appear on the ABPM website.

In the interest of providing an educational experience free of commercial bias, and as the accredited provider of CME for this activity, the American College of Preventive Medicine was responsible for decisions regarding educational content and allocation of funds.
