Residency Directors Workshop

ACPM convenes the only national meeting of preventive medicine residency program directors each year. The workshop is held in conjunction with the annual Preventive Medicine meeting.

Participants are invited to attend to share information about residency programs and activities and increase awareness and understanding of updates in the specialty of preventive medicine among residency directors and program faculty.

The workshop is put together by the Chair of the Council of the Residency Program Directors and the members of the Graduate Medical Education Committee

The 2017 Residency Directors Workshop will be held in conjunction with Preventive medicine 2017 in Portland, Oredon. We are finalizing and informative agenda that will educate the program directors on the current and emerging issues in Preventive Medicine residency.

Past Residency Directors Workshops

The 2015 Residency Directors Workshop was held in conjunction with Preventive Medicine 2015 in Atlanta, GA. All preventive medicine residency program directors, staff and residents were invited to attend.

The 2014 Residency Directors Workshop was held in conjunction with Preventive Medicine 2014 in New Orleans, LA. All preventive medicine residency program directors, staff, and residents were invited to attend. 

Residency Program Fair

Back by popular demand, this event provides the opportunity to promote your program to medical students, non-Preventive Medicine residents, and non-Preventive Medicine physicians.  Registration fees included registration materials and food for two (2) representatives from your program and one 6-foot table and table cloths.
