Program
Description:
The University of Illinois Occupational
Medicine Program offers a two year program
consisting of clinical occupational
medicine during the first two months,
followed by full time academic work
towards the MPH degree at the University
of Illinois School of Public Health. The
second year consists of a practicum year,
which includes three months of clinical
occupational medicine, five months of
industrial experiences, two months of
epidemiologic research, and two months of
electives. Advanced degrees are available
for physicians interested in a research
career.
