The American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians.

The ACPM designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2 Category 1 credits toward the American Medical Association (AMA) Physician’s Recognition Award ™. Each physician should claim only those credits that he or she actually spent in the activity.

How to Obtain CME/MOC Credit

CME/MOC credit can be earned for the entire program or for each part, individually.

After viewing the desired part(s), take the following steps to obtain CME and/or MOC Credit:

Step 1: Take the post-test(s) for the chapter(s) you viewed.

Step 2: Complete the CME Evaluation/Request Form or the MOC Request form.

Step 3: Submit the post test and CME and/or MOC Request form to the address below. If you are a member of ACPM, the CME and MOC credits are free. The non-member rate is $10/credit.

Expect your certificate to arrive by mail within approximately 6 weeks.
