The primary activity that has taken place since the October Board meeting is the establishment of the new ACPM Corporate Council. In follow-up to discussions at the last several Board meetings, the Executive Committee gave its official approval in December to proceed with the Council. The attached document describes in detail how the Council will operate.

Council members will contribute $5,000 to join the Council. In return, Council members will have the opportunity to meet with the College leadership once per year to discuss mutual areas of interest. They will also receive three individual memberships that can be used to bring new members into the College.

The initial Council meeting will take place on Saturday in San Antonio. Bob Harmon has agree to serve as initial Chair of the Council. The initial Council members include:
