Recommendations:
There is insufficient evidence to
recommend for or against routine
screening of asymptomatic men in the
general population for testicular cancer
by physician examination or patient
self-examination. Recommendations to
discuss screening options with selected
high-risk patients may be made on other
grounds (see Clinical Intervention).
