(Rh) Incompatibility
U.S. Preventive Services Task Force
Recommendations:
D (formerly
Rh) blood typing and
antibody screening is recommended for
all pregnant women at their first
prenatal visit. Repeat antibody
screening at 24-28 weeks' gestation is
recommended for unsensitized D-negative
women (see Clinical Intervention).
