year by Elsevier Science, is sponsored by the American College of
Preventive Medicine and the Association of
Teachers of Preventive Medicine. The
journal contains original articles,
reviews, critical commentaries,
editorials, book reviews and
correspondence on all aspects of practice,
teaching and research in preventive
medicine.

ACPM Headlines is the electronic
newsletter sent out to all members twice a
month. In order to receive
ACPM Headlines, you must be a member of
the College and provide the membership

address. ACPM Headlines gives
current updates on various policy initiatives the College is involved with as
well as updates on the annual meeting and
other business of the College. COST:

PREVENTIVE MEDICINE REVIEW COURSE SYLLABUS
The
syllabus contains outlines, reference
lists and handouts provided by each
faculty member for ACPM's annual review
course. The course is designed to help
physicians prepare and study for the
American Board of Preventive Medicine
certification examination. The materials
vary from year to year, as faculty members
change or revise and update their
materials. Topics covered include
biostatistics, epidemiology, chronic
disease, infectious disease, injury
prevention, environmental health and
medicine, behavioral medicine,
administration and management and the
specialty review sessions of general
preventive medicine/public health,
occupational medicine and aerospace
medicine.
COST:
$295.00 for ACPM members, $340.00 for
non-members
