This ACPM-hosted webinar, "Food as Medicine,” was held on Monday, April 5th, 2010 with 172 ACPM members participating. Presented by ACPM Fellow Dr. David Katz, "Food as Medicine” reviewed the role of nutrition in prevention of chronic disease and how healthcare providers can integrate nutritional guidelines into their practice using food prescriptions.
