The Continuing Medical Education (CME) Committee was formed in October 2001 with the division of the former Education Committee between CME and graduate medical education (GME) activities. The CME Committee provides guidance and oversight for all ACPM CME and MOC initiatives, including development of all educational and maintenance of certification activities, and evaluation and continuous improvement of ACPM educational offerings based on the needs of the physicians and other health care providers it serves.
