The ACPM-sponsored Council of Residency Program Directors serves as the organizational structure for information sharing and discussion which address issues of concern to these programs and can, as appropriate, recommend to the Board of ACPM policies and activities which relate to the interests and needs of the residency programs. In addition, the Council also provides input to the ACPM Graduate Medical Education Committee as it plans the annual ACPM workshop for residency directors. ACPM welcomes and encourages participation from all preventive medicine residency programs.
