ACPM Fellowship (FACPM)

Physicians who have served at the full MEMBER level for at least three years, are in good standing for the three years prior to applying for Fellowship, and have actively served in the specialty and ACPM, will be considered for Fellowship (FACPM). Note: You may not become an ACPM Fellow simply by completing an online application. Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the paragraph above AND provide supporting documentation of credentials, accomplishments; etc.

ACPM Members may advance to fellowship by completing a supplemental Fellowship application, supporting documentation, and non-refundable application fee of $50. ACPM’s Membership Committee reviews all applications for fellowship bi-annually. Upon election by the ACPM Membership Committee, candidates are inducted into the College as Fellows. Fellows may vote and are eligible to hold office in the College. The fee includes a subscription to the American Journal of Preventive Medicine (AJPM). 

 2013 Annual membership dues are $350

DUES: 

Annual dues are $350. There is no lobbying disclosure provided on ACPM’s annual billing statement, and professional dues are tax-deductible, to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax provider for guidance.
