AMA CME Credits
ACPM is
accredited by the Accreditation Council
for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)
to provide continuing medical education (CME)
for physicians.
ACPM designates this
continuing medical education activity for
a maximum of 40.25 Category 1 credits
toward the American Medical Association
(AMA) Physician’s Recognition Award
(PRA). Each physician should claim only
those credits that he/she actually spent
in the activity.
You will not receive credit
automatically!
To obtain a certificate, you must declare
the number of hours you attend using the
CME Worksheet. ACPM will mail your
certificate within approximately 6 weeks
of receipt of this form.
ABPM EPIQ - Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
The Review Course has been
approved for credit toward maintenance of
American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM)
certification. Diplomates certified in
1998 or later must earn up to 100 MOC credits
every 10 years to remain certified.
